About us

Intuita Psychology Ltd provides independent educational psychology assessment, consultation, school-commissioned work and tribunal-related work for children, young people, families and schools across London and the South West.

Enquiries and commissioning work

  • - No formal work begins until scope, fees and arrangements are agreed in writing.

  • - Fees shown on the website are guides only; a written quote will confirm what is included.

Reports and outcomes

  • Reports provide psychological formulation and recommendations based on the information available.

  • - We do not guarantee particular outcomes (for example an EHCP decision or tribunal result).

  • - Autism/ADHD and other diagnostic pathways: we will be clear about what an educational psychology assessment can and cannot conclude.

Appointments, cancellation and payment

  • Cancellation with more than 48 hours’ notice: rearrange free of charge where possible.

  • - Less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance may result in a fee or deposit being retained, as set out in your quote.

  • - Payment terms are confirmed in the quote/invoice.

  • - Prices are currently not subject to VAT unless stated otherwise.

Confidentiality

Client work is confidential, subject to safeguarding and legal limits described in our Safeguarding Statement and Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Reports and materials we produce remain subject to the licence and use terms in your service agreement (typically for the commissioning client’s use in supporting the child/young person).

Limitation of liability

Nothing on this website excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website content alone.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
