We aim to provide a careful, respectful and professional service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, we want to hear from you so we can put things right where possible.
Step 1 — Contact us
Please email rose@intuitapsychology.com with:
• Your name and contact details
• The nature of your complaint
• Relevant dates and any documents that help explain the issue
• What you would like us to do
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and to provide a fuller response within 20 working days where possible. Complex matters may take longer; we will keep you updated.
Step 2 — Review
Complaints are reviewed by Dr Rosanne (Rose) Cobb / Intuita Psychology Ltd. We will look into what happened, consider any relevant records, and respond in writing with our findings and any proposed next steps.
Step 3 — External options
